    Hi, wow, I realize just how new I am to running by reading the other entries...lol...i only started running early Sept. I run 4-6 miles at a time 4-6 times per week at 10 min/mile pace. I have been in two 5K's which were great!! I am currently training for the OK Memorial Half-Marathon in April. I am very interested in meeting other runners and finding run buddies.
