Training Runs

How many people generally come out for the training runs? I think I am going to join you this weekend. I have always run alone, but recently I have had some safety concerns and thought the training group would be a good alternative. And from what I have seen about these runs, there appears to be a variety of runners at all levels...is this a correct assumption?

    Thanks!

Lindsay, I can say that you will have several people to run with you.

I usually see at least 40-50 runners at most of the training runs that I have been too. It is great training and the water stops really help with the planning of a long run.

You will not be disappointed with the turn out or the safety.
