Week 1 of Spring Training - 3 / 6 Miles

When: Saturday, January 4th @ 7:00am
Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 64th & Western)
Course: Click here for map. Nichols Hills Plaza to Grand Blvd., then take Grand Blvd. to Lake Hefner Parkway Bridge and back for 6 miles.  Half Marathoner will turn at 1.5 miles which is the west side of the OKC Golf & Country Club.
Water Stop Sponsor: Club Members

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners.  You do not need to be a member to attend.  Water will be provided.
