Share your photos on social media and help motivate others — don’t forget to use #Landrunners, @okclandrunners.

Start Location: 600 S Hudson, west side of Scissortail Park

Announcements 6:20 AM

Course

We’ll head south over the Skydance Bridge to the river trail. Runners doing 8 miles will loop around the canal, continue through the boathouse district, and head toward Okana. The 4-mile turnaround is just before the bridge across from Okana. From there, retrace your route back to the start. Those running 4 miles will cross the bridge before the canal loop to the water stop by the finish line tower, then head back to the start.

Water Stops

S/F and one water stop on the course by the Finish line tower.  The boathouse bathrooms could be open and/or porta potties. There are bathrooms and porta potties around Scissortail Park.

Running Etiquette

We share the roads and trails with the public, so let’s represent the club well:

  • Be courteous and avoid “hogging” the path
  • Obey all traffic signs
  • Use crosswalks and sidewalks when available
  • Stay alert and aware of others around you

Please take a moment to review the Running Etiquette summary.
