Parking: Please leave the spaces close to the front door open for their regular gym members. There is parking all around their building and we have permission to use the Homeland parking lot.

  • 5 Miles: Turn around @ 1st Water Stop at the Deep Fork Trail Head
  • 10 Miles: Turn around @ NW 36th & Shartel

Wave Start

Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.

Cupless Water/Powerade Stops

  • Start/Finish, Mile 2.5/7.5 & Mile 4/6.
  • Hydrate like a champion.
  • Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch

Running Etiquette

Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
