Landrunners' OKC Memorial Marathon training. As always, our training is FREE and we welcome new and veteran runners and walkers alike. Invite your friends!

OKC National Memorial, 620 N Harvey Ave, Oklahoma City, OK  
The Memorial bathrooms will open around 6:30am. Street meter parking is free on weekends, private lots and Post office at your own risk.

Course: This week is a 9 mile loop course (18 miles run it twice)  which includes sections of the OKC Memorial course.  We will head north on Robinson picking up the Memorial course at NW 23rd through Edgemere, Crown Heights, Gorilla Hill, around Bishop McGuinness HS, south on Shartel to NW 5th east to the Memorial.

Wave Start - We anticipate utilizing a wave start to spread out the group so please line up according to your expected pace and wait until your pace is called to begin running.

Cupless Water Stops at the Memorial, NW 35th & Walker, NW 38th & Shartel which you will pass at miles 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18.  Please bring your own cup, hydrapouch or bottle. If you need water more often carry a bottle.  

Running Etiquette - Remember that we are sharing the road and the trails with others. We want them to be courteous to us, so we, in turn need to be courteous and respectful and not "hog" the road or the trails. Obey all traffic signs, use the cross walks and sidewalks when available. As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend but we can always use the support, membership is only $20 per year.
