Week 9 - Fall Training - 9 / 18 Miles

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.

Course Map – We will run up Grand to Lake Hefner and back. Please click on course map and notice the route around Stars & Stripes and the out and back on the road south of the golf course clubhouse.  Turn around will be on the trail along Britton by the church just before MacArthur.  Half marathoner will run to the second water stop and back (skipping the S&S keyhole loop both ways) - it will be about 9.5 miles.
