Week 8 - Fall Training - 6 / 12 Miles

Click Here for Course Map:  Those doing 12 miles will run from NHP to the OG&E substation and back (No Keyhole at S&S).  6 mile turnaround will be just over the bridge on Grand. (due to construction on Grand we may have to adjust the route)

Water Stop Sponsor: Red Coyote (every 2.5 to 3 miles)

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
