Week 7 - OCMM Spring Training - 8 / 16 Miles 
Sunday - Sunday - Sunday since many will be participating in the Frigid Five on Saturday.
Where: Devon Boathouse - 725 S Lincoln Blvd

Course: Click here for course map  We will start at the Devon Boathouse and run a 2 mile loop on the north side going around Chesapeake boathouse, under and around the I-40 canal to the railroad bridge at Santa Fe return back to Devon without doing the I-40 canal loop, (water stop) then head over the Lincoln bridge to the south side trail.  Turn around for those running 8 miles will be at the water stop at the Exchange Ave boathouse.  Those running 16 miles will run to Meridian before returning.  The 2 mile starting loop will only be run once.

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
