WEEK 5 – OKC MEMORIAL MARATHON & HALF TRAINING RUN (5 / 10 Miles)
Bundle up, runners — we’ve got a chilly little adventure waiting! Your cozy indoor start/finish and warm‑up water stop with hot chocolate will be ready to rescue those cold fingers between loops. You might encounter a mischievous slick spot or two out on the course, so stay sharp, have fun, and remember: you’re running at your own risk!

- We will run on the OCU Eagle Trail 2.6 mile loops run as many or as few as you want. Optional 1 Mile loop to the north but not sure if it will be clear from snow and ice due to tree cover.

Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.
Cupless Water/Powerade Stops
- Start/Finish, Water & Powerade inside the Barn so we don't have to worry about it freezing.
- Hydrate like a champion.
- Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch
Running Etiquette
Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
