Wave Start

Line up by pace so we don’t all stampede at once.

Cupless Water Stops

  • First Church and Jones Assembly - Water Only!
  • Hydrate like a champion.
  • Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch

Running Etiquette

Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.

Parking

You figure it out, either by your start line, the finish line or somewhere in between. Hint: Bicentennial Park is halfway between the Surivor Tree and the Jones Assembly (1/2 mile). Downtown street parking is free on weekends but many lots are not.
