&lt;p&gt;It’s time for the Landrunners to officially kick off our &lt;strong&gt;Fall Marathon &amp;amp; Half Marathon Training&lt;/strong&gt;! As always, training is &lt;strong&gt;FREE&lt;/strong&gt;, and we welcome &lt;strong&gt;new and veteran runners and walkers&lt;/strong&gt;. Invite your friends and help grow the community.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Share your photos on social media and help motivate others — don’t forget to use &lt;strong&gt;#Landrunners&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Running Etiquette&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We share the roads and trails with the public, so let’s represent the club well:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Be courteous and avoid “hogging” the path&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Obey all traffic signs&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Use crosswalks and sidewalks when available&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Stay alert and aware of others around you&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Before our first run, please take a moment to review the &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.okcrunning.org/Etiquette" target="_blank"&gt;Running Etiquette&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; summary.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We will have &lt;strong&gt;one water stop&lt;/strong&gt; this week at the &lt;strong&gt;Start/Finish&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
Those running 6 miles will pass it again at &lt;strong&gt;mile 3&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reminder&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Training is &lt;strong&gt;FREE&lt;/strong&gt; and open to &lt;strong&gt;all walkers and runners&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
You do &lt;strong&gt;not&lt;/strong&gt; need to be a club member to participate.&lt;/p&gt;
