7am Stars & Stripes Park at Lake Hefner for 6 miles.
From the parking area at N. Portland and S. Lake Hefner Dr., proceed east on S. Lake Hefner Dr. over the Hefner Parkway bridge to where the road becomes N. Grand Blvd. Continue east and then south on N. Grand Blvd. to N.W. 63rd. Make a U-turn and return to the point of origin.

Sat. Jan. 9 7am Stars & Stripes Park for 8 miles on the marathon course Course. The route will be very similar to Week 1. We will do the “Keyhole” (1 mile) around Stars and Stripes before we head out on Grand Blvd. Once on Grand we will go all the way to NW 63rd, turn around there and head back to Stars and Stripes. This will add another 2 miles to the Week 1 course for 8 miles total.
Water Stops – The water stop will be in the same place which means you will hit it at mile 3 and again at mile 6 if you run the course as described.

Sat Jan. 16 7am Edmond - Mitch Park, 10 miles of "rollin' hills". Covell Road (NW206th) between Santa Fe and Kelly. Mitch Park - City of Edmond, Oklahoma

Sat. Jan. 23 7am Oklahoma River Trails - Chesapeake Boathouse for 12 miles

Sat. Jan. 30 7am Stars & Stripes Park for 10 miles

Sat. Feb. 6 7am OCMM Course 14 miles.

Sun. Feb. 14 7am OCMM 16 miles -Our wonderful friends at Bass Pro Shop are going to host this Sunday’s run from their store at Reno & Lincoln in Bricktown. They will also be handling the water shops for us. From Bass Pro we will head west on Reno and then turn north on Mickey Mantle, follow the regular course from that point. Once we’re on Western between 7 and 8 miles out, we turn left on Grand Blvd., then left on Classen Blvd. which will head us back towards downtown on the regular marathon route. Continue to follow the regular marathon route to its finish but don’t stop there! At NW 4 and Broadway, turn west to Walker, then south on Walker to Reno, then east on Reno back to the start. We’ll try to get out this week and put some fresh paint down marking the turns. We’ll have water/PowerAde stops approximately every 3 miles. Half marathoners may want to turn around at the 1st water stop and return, about 6 miles total, or go on a little further if you prefer.
