Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 63rd & Western)

Course map – This is an out-and-back course.  This will allow you to run part of the OCMM course. From NHP take Avondale Drive to Bedford, turn left on Bedford, then turn right on the east road that parallels Grand to Lake Hefner.  Turn right on Portland running clock wise around Stars & Stripes, take the diagonal trail to the bike path and turn left running up the east side of Lake Hefner almost to Hefner road. At the turn around follow the same route back to NHP.

The half (7 mile route) will turn around at Portland, before entering Stars and Stripes park.

Remember this is NOT a closed course.  Please run on the left - facing traffic, SINGLE file, and OBEY all traffic signals.  We do not want anyone getting hurt or angering any motorists/cyclists.

On the bike path run on the right side of the path. Run single file so that cyclists/skaters can pass on your left!

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided about every 3 miles.
