FAQ

Landrunners Group Marathon Training
Sponsored by The Runner

Marathon Runners,

Can you believe it's time to start training again?  The Route 66 half/full marathon is just a few months away.

Below is the 16 week training schedule.  Once again, Brent Gaddis with the The Runner is sponsoring the free water stops.  Water stops will be every 3 miles.

The training is FREE and open to the public.  You do not have to be a Landrunner to attend...

We look forward to seeing you and remember as the Rectors say, "Every day is a holiday if you are a runner."
