Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 63rd & Western)
Course: Map - Nichols Hills Plaza to Grand Blvd., then take Grand Blvd. to Lake Hefner running trail and back for 18 miles.

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided.
