Putnam City Cancer Classic 5K

This is the fourth annual Putnam City Cancer Classic. The event has grown each year, last year attracting more than 1,100 participants. The event so far has enabled the donation of more than $25,000 for cancer research at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. Website / Register

• Pre-registration fee is $25
  Pre-registration deadline is Wednesday, Nov. 2
• Participants get long-sleeved T-shirts(only those who pre-register are guaranteed a shirt)
• Late registration or day-of-event fee is $30
• First-place male and female runners receive a gift card

1) Pre-register online (Pre-registering online automatically enters you in a drawing for a free iPod shuffle!)
2) Pre-register by mailing or drop-off the form on the back of this flyer.
3) Register at Stars and Stripes Park at Lake Hefner the morning of the event.
