Where: Nichols Hills Plaza (NW 64th & Western)
Half Marathoners: 7 miles - course map
Marathoners: 14 miles - course map
Course: Nichols Hills Plaza following Grand Blvd and the Lake Hefner Trails to appox. 1/2 mile past the Lake Hefner Clubhouse & back for 14 miles.
Water Stop Sponsor: Club Members

As always training is FREE and open to all walkers and runners. You do not need to be a member to attend. Water will be provided.
